    Introduction:    

    Most popular for padding material of gas-welding and carbon arc welding in brass. Can also used in brazing of copper, steel, copper-nickel, cast iron and carbide cutting tools incrustation.

    Precautions:
    1. The groove of the weldment and the surface of the welding wire must be carefully cleaned before welding.
    2. Before welding, it is generally preheated to 400~500 degrees before welding. Copper gas welding solvent must be used as a flux during welding.
    3. The welding flame should use a neutral flame or a slightly oxidizing flame, appropriately reduce the temperature during welding, increase the welding speed, and minimize the residence time of the molten pool at high temperature to reduce the evaporation and oxidation of zinc.
    RBCuZn-C complies with GB HSCuZn-2 and is equivalent to AWS RBCuZn-C. Usage: melting point 890℃, used for brass gas welding and carbon arc welding, and can also be used for brazing copper, steel, and cast iron.
